Diagnostics are free, we explain every repair before we start, and repairs come with up to a 12-month warranty depending on the repair. Walk in, no appointment needed. Water and liquid damage

Turn the phone off and bring it in within 24 hours if you can. Don't rely on a bag of rice. We'll check it and explain what can be done before any repair starts.

Every repair comes with a warranty on the part we fit. How long depends on the repair and the grade of part you choose. Before we start, we'll tell you which grades are available for your phone and the price of each.

Screens

• Original or premium quality: 12 months

• Standard quality: 6 months

Batteries

• Original: 12 months

• OEM-grade: 9 months

• Budget: 6 months

Other repairs

• Charging port: 12 months

• Back glass and housing: 6 months

• Camera, speaker, microphone and buttons: 6 months

• Water damage: 30 days on the parts we replace. Liquid can keep damaging a phone after it's repaired, so we can't cover the rest of the phone.

• Software and data transfer: if anything we set up isn't right, bring it back and we'll sort it free of charge.

Phones we sell

• New phones: manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you with any claim

• Refurbished phones: 12 months

What's covered: the part we fitted, if it develops a fault through normal use.

What's not covered: a phone that has been dropped or is clearly damaged, has been wet, or has been opened or repaired by anyone else since. It also doesn't cover parts of the phone we didn't work on, or the normal loss of battery capacity over time.

Making a claim: bring the phone back to the shop, with your receipt if you have it. We keep a record of every repair, so we can look it up if you don't. We'll repair it again free of charge, or refund the cost of the repair if we can't fix the problem.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law, which are not affected.

Common questions

How long does a screen repair take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screen repairs are done the same day. We usually say 2 to 3 hours, depending on how busy the shop is, and it's often quicker.

Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Depending on the repair and the grade of part, you’re covered for between 30 days and 12 months. The full list is under “Our warranty” above.

Do I need to book?
No, just walk in during opening hours. For less common models, call us on 056 775 1453 first so we can check we have the part.

Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery and charging port repairs don't normally affect your data. We'll tell you before we start if there's any risk.
